🔧 How Eluvium Works

Eluvium is your AI assistant for automating supply chain processes directly from your Outlook inbox. With a simple setup and intuitive workflow, Eluvium extracts purchase order and shipment data from your email threads and turns them into structured, actionable insights.

1. 🔐 Sign In with Outlook

To get started, simply sign in with your Outlook account.

This allows Eluvium’s AI agent to securely connect with your Outlook Exchange server and begin analyzing emails.

• We use Microsoft’s secure authentication flow (OAuth) — your credentials are never stored.
• Once signed in, Eluvium passively monitors your inbox for purchase order (PO), RFQ, and shipment-related emails.

2. 📥 Review Extracted Updates

Eluvium automatically reads your emails and extracts structured data—such as:

• Purchase order numbers and line items
• Shipment details (e.g., delivery dates, carriers, tracking info)
• Any changes or updates to previous threads

You can review this extracted information in the Updates screen.

Important:

Before any data is saved to your database, you must approve the extracted updates. This ensures you remain in control and can validate AI-generated suggestions.

3. 📊 View in Sales Screen

Once approved, your PO and shipment data will be reflected in the Sales screen.

Here, you can:

• See a consolidated view of purchase orders and shipments
• Track real-time updates across your supply chain
• Gain insights without having to dig through email threads
